Mae will be attending Hillsdale College in Michigan, majoring in biology with a minor in history and French. Her education plans include medical school with a focus on cardiology. She was involved in swimming, French club and her church choir. Mae is a member of the National Honor Society.

Jacob will be attending Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. He is planning to study business and engineering and is hoping to obtain a double degree. Jacob was captain of his varsity football and basketball teams. Jacob was active in youth mentoring through Young Life and went on two separate mission teams to help with post-Katrina building efforts in New Orleans.

Sklyer moved to India for his father's job and attended online classes while remaining on track for graduation at Bellevue High School. He embraced the culture in India which broadened his perspective. Skyler was also involved in cross country, Frisbee, and took multiple advance placement classes.

Her ultimate goal is to become a promotions director for a radio station. While in high school Madison was active in DECA, FBLA, and her school soccer team, as well as in her church and community.

Emily will be attending the United States Coast Guard Academy in New London, Connecticut. She was one of only 150 seniors nationwide accepted into the program. Emily was Math Team President, active in First Robotics, and section lead for the school marching band. She used her skills to volunteer as a math tutor.

She hopes to join the Peace Corp upon graduation from college and then make a career in either the CIA or FBI. Blair was involved in a variety of sports, and as a leader helper at Mukilteo Elementary she created a fundraiser to benefit a youth center.

He then plans to major in business at an in-state college or university. While in high school he was a Varsity 3 sport athlete. Cory was also involved in DECA and helped in the community in a variety of efforts including a community blood drive and volunteering at the food bank.

Claire hopes to go on to graduate school. While in high school she was involved in the Science and Robotics Clubs. She also enjoyed volunteering in a Rotary-sponsored service club (Interact) and the Ultimate Frisbee Club. Claire is an active member of her church and volunteers on the Lake Forest Park Youth Council.

She will be majoring in biochemistry with a minor in math, with hope of medical school and becoming a surgeon. Chelsea was involved in Girl Scouts and was a Cascade Valley Hospital volunteer. She is a member of the National Honor Society and enjoys softball and soccer.

She was active in junior varsity and varsity volleyball, news production, Inter-high school representative, FCCLA (Family, Career and Community leaders of America), Link Crew and is a member of the National Honor Society.

She plans to open her own publishing company one day with the skills she obtains at the Foster School of Business at the UW. While attending Inglemoor High School she was involved in various school clubs while serving as editor and business manager of the school paper. Megan is a member of the National Honor Society.

Elijah will attend Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Texas. He will be earning his associate degree with the goal of transferring into a four-year college or university. His plan is to go into theatre education or cinematography. Elijah says "Tyler has a good theatre and mass communication/media program." While at Hawkins High School he was active in theatre, track, tennis and cross-country. Elijah is also active in his church and is a Meals on Wheels volunteer.

He was active in basketball and participated in several volunteer activities in the community. These included church choir, food bank and volunteering at a children's basketball camp.

The Lincoln Lynx Alumni Association would like to congratulate all our 2013 recipients. We especially appreciate our members who faithfully contribute to the LLAA Scholarship Fund. We were able to award $1,000.00 to each of our Scholarship Winners.
